BIO - three blue ducks
after a long aprenticeship and on the brink of becoming a fully qualified electrician, a dare from a mate led to masterchef australia. eight months later he became the youngest winner in series history and since he's become an author, speaker, nomad, youtube legend and the chef heading up the team at three blue ducks - rosebery.
